About AQUATICAUDIO.COM
Since 2009, AquaticAudio.com founders, Cameron Carey and Bryan Coughlin have been creating and producing ice-chest radio coolers for music patrons in Austin, TX. Their passion for music inspired them to create a portable audio system that could be taken anywhere and still meet even the most extreme audiophiles standards. For 5 years they toyed with the idea of integrating custom stereos into ice chests, eventually leading to the creation of Aquatic Audio. Aquatic Audio is dedicated to providing custom solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
Aquatic Audio takes pride in our workmanship. With over 24 years of combined experience, all of our stereo solutions are manufactured in Austin, TX and are inspired by our customers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do your coolers require batteries?
A: Yes, our stereos are powered by 12v sealed batteries.
Q: How long do your batteries last?
A: Depending on size and power consumption of the amplifier that was installed as part of your solution, you can expect between 6 and 12 hours of continuous use.
Q: Do I need to charge my battery?
A: Yes, all of our stereo coolers require that the battery be maintained and charged. Please see our pricing page, as we offer these as part of our stereo solutions.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Dependent upon availability of parts, the level of difficulty, and freight, we usually fulfill an order in as little as 5-7 business days.
Q: Can I track the progress of my order?
A: Yes, we will provide you with updates throughout the process via email. Once we ship your product, we will provide you with tracking infomation.
Q: Are your stereo's water proof?
A: Nothing is really "water-proof". Although our stereos are entirely built with marine components and can get withstand getting splashed with water, they are considered water-resistant. Our coolers have gaskets and are sealed with silicon, however this does not prevent water from entering a cooler if it is left open or is completely submerged in water.
Q: Can I request a custom cooler?
A: We are happy to try to provide you with a solution that fits your needs. If you have a special requirement, you may email cameron@aquaticaudio.com, visit http://www.customizemycoolercom/ or please leave comments while checking out.
Q: If I have my own stereo components, how much will you charge to build a cooler?
A: We will accept new, unopened, parts from our customer for custom installs. Our charges vary dependent upon the difficulty of the install. Please keep in mind that we cannot warranty any parts that were not purchased by Aquatic Audio.
Q: What is your return policy/warranty?
A: We will accept returns only if the cooler doesn't appear to have been used and is in perfect working condition. Returns are subject to a 15% stocking fee. Our warranty policy can be found by clicking here.
