90-Day Limited Waranty
What Does This Warranty Cover? This
warranty covers your product against defects in materials
and workmanship by Aquatic Audio, as long as it meets the
following criteria. (a) You are the
original purchaser from Aquatic Audio (b) The
tamper-proof seals are not broken or damaged in any way
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This non-transferable warranty last for a period of 90 DAYS
from the date of original purchase.
What Will
Aquatic Audio Do? If a defect exists, at its
option Aquatic Audio will (a) repair the product at no
charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (b)
replace the product with a refurbished product that provides
the same functionality of the original product, or (c)
refund the purchase price of services and/or parts purchased
from Aquatic Audio. Any replacement products and/or parts
assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When
a product and/or part is replaced, any replaced part and/or
product become property of Aquatic Audio.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any problem
that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God are not
covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not
recoverable under this warranty. Shipping fees are not
covered under this Limited Warranty. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
How Do I Get Serviced?
If something goes wrong with your radio cooler,
send an email to support@aquaticaudio.com with a detailed
description of your problem. Be sure to include your full
name and customer number. Upon review and shipping payment,
Aquatic Audio will issue a shipping label to mail the
defective product to our shop.
We will inspect
the defective product and contact you within 72 hours to
give the results of our inspection. If you authorize
repairs, we will return the repaired Ice-Chest Radio to you
within 72 hours. If the defective product is not covered
under this warranty an estimate of the labor charges
required to fix the defective part will be sent to you.
If you inform us that you wish us to provide necessary
parts to you but you wish to have repairs performed
elsewhere, we will return the defective product and any
needed replacement parts to you within 72 hours. There is no
charge for inspection.
How Does State Law
Apply? This limited warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
